As a responsible distributor of prescription goods, deliveries from Healthxchange cannot be left unattended or with a neighbour.
Please select a delivery address where you will be available to receive your order in person.
For all delivery tracking updates and notifications, please ensure your mobile number and email address are included on your order.
Download the DPD App for real-time order tracking, delivery estimates, and driver details from the App Store or Google Play.
You can add a delivery note within the DPD app or DPD tracking website to help the driver find your property e.g. specify the floor, door code or gate access.
