If you’re unavailable at home during daytime hours, please consider using your work address for delivery of prescription products. The courier is unable to leave such items in a Safe Place for security reasons.
The courier will attempt two deliveries to your address and if they are unable to deliver the parcel it will be returned to the pharmacy and re-delivery will require a payment of £14 to send the parcel out again.

As a responsible distributor of prescription goods, deliveries from Healthxchange cannot be left unattended or with a neighbour.
Please select a delivery address where you will be available to receive your order in person.

Download the DPD App for real-time order tracking, delivery estimates, and driver details from the App Store or Google Play.
You can add a delivery note within the DPD app or DPD tracking website to help the driver find your property e.g. specify the floor, door code or gate access.
