Marionette Lines

Marionette lines is known as the puppet look. It is the lines from the lip down to chin. It is a very difficult area to treat due to the fat pads from the cheeks in combination with jowls and bony reabsorption that occurs as we age. It is similar to the nasolabial lines which used to be treated by filling the lines. However, the result can often be increased heaviness. The better option is a combination treatment of improving the jaw line, chin, lips and cheeks. Sometimes very little is needed in strategic areas to have a maximum effect.
