We work hard to bring our patients the best value for money. That’s where our Direct Debit scheme comes in.

Rather than paying a premium for convenience, our Direct Debit prices are actually designed to save you money. After paying a deposit, monthly payments are calculated to give you the treatment program you want with the cost spread for easier payment.

In fact, some schemes actually work out cheaper than Pay-as-you-go prices, so you could save money as well as making your treatment easier to pay for.

Direct Debit FAQs

What treatments can be paid for on Direct Debit?

Botox, dermal fillers.
Cosmeceutical skin care products are not included.


Do I pay interest on my payments?

No. Treatments are discounted on our direct debit plan.


Can I sign up to Direct Debit at my first appointment?

Yes. treatments can be given at the same appointment as the consultation. You can sign up to Direct Debit when you have your first treatment. We’ll ask you for a deposit at that point.


Can I have more than one treatment on Direct Debit?

Yes, we can build a package that suits your needs including however many eligible treatments you’d like.


What if I don’t need as many treatments per year as quoted?

The Direct Debit is flexible to your needs. If you need or want less treatments per year, that’s fine. As long as you’d have more than 1 treatment per year, we can accommodate that.


What identification do I need to bring along in order to sign up?

Your bank sort code and account number as well as proof of your bank account, e.g. a debit card, paying in slip, or bank statement.


Which day of the month will my payment go out on?

The 1st, 10th or 20th of the month, you choose. Unless it is a weekend or bank holiday in which case it will go out the following working day.


When will my first payment go out?

If you sign up before the 20th of the current month, your first monthly payment will be taken the following month.

E.g. if you sign up on 19th July, your first monthly payment will be 1st or 10th August (depending on which date you chose to pay on).

E.g. if you sign up on 20th July, your first monthly payment will be 1st or 10th September.


How many monthly payments will I be making?

Most clients make 11 monthly payments. You can check what you are due to pay by looking on the first page of your contract or the letter you received from us after you signed up.


When will my future treatments be?

This will be written on the first page of your contract and repeated on the first letter we send you. If you have not yet received this, it will be sent around the 20th of this month (or next month if the 20th has passed).


How do I book my next treatment?

We will call you a couple of weeks before you are due for your next treatment. If you would like to book before this, feel free to contact us on on the website contact form.


Can I choose when my future treatments are given?

It is best to spread the treatments evenly over the year, and then you are not paying for a treatment at the end of the year that has run out.


I’ve forgotten what’s in my package, where can I find out?

This will be written on the first page of your contract and repeated on the letter you received when your package was set up. Please feel free to contact us to check on [email protected]


I’d like to add treatments to my package, is that possible?

Yes. Contact us on [email protected] for a quote.


Can I change my package so that I get different treatments?

Yes. If you just want to change the area of the face that you have the Botox or filler, that’s fine. If you’d like a treatment that costs slightly more or less, contact us at [email protected] for a quote.


What happens if I find that the treatment lasts longer than anticipated and I don’t need as many treatments in a year as my Direct Debit package provides?

That’s fine, just let us know and we will make the necessary amendments to reduce your monthly amount. We will refund you for any overpayments that might have occurred.




What if my payment bounces?

If your payment bounces, we will attempt to take it again on or after 10 working days. There is a £10 fee for bounced payments; this is simply to cover the cost we incur as a result of the bounce.


Am I tied in for the full year?

No, under the Direct Debit Guarantee, you have the right to cancel at any time. If you need to cancel, please let us know before you cancel with your bank. We will take the necessary action to cancel the Direct Debit.

Once we have cancelled your Direct Debit, we will write to you to confirm, and if applicable send you an invoice for any outstanding balance you may have for the treatments given.

There is a £20 fee for cancelling before the 12 months are up.


How do I cancel?

If you need to cancel, please let us know before you cancel with your bank. We will take the necessary action to cancel the Direct Debit.

Once we have cancelled your Direct Debit, we will write to you to confirm, and if applicable send you an invoice for any outstanding balance you may have for the treatments given.

There is a £20 fee for cancelling your Direct Debit package before the 12 months are up.


What happens at the end of the contract year?

About a month before the end of your contract year, we will contact you with a quote for continuing the Direct Debit scheme into a new year.
